June marks the start of the annual “Catch Me at My Best” program, which runs through August 31, 2014. For 25 years, Catch Me at My Best® (Catch Me) has provided guests, managers, and Team Members the opportunity to recognize all the acts of Hospitality, big and small, that make our hotel, and the Hilton brand, so special. It’s our way to thank our Team Members for their efforts, reinforce the values and behaviors that drive our success, and celebrate our year-round commitment to great service.
When a guest, manager, or teammate wants to recognize a fellow Team Member, they simply fill out a Catch Me card and turn it in at the front desk. This is called a “catch.” A catchy-worthy act is any act of Hospitality, big or small, that positively impacts guests, teammates, the hotel, or the community. If there is a team member that has gone above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we encourage you to help us recognize their commitment by filling out a Catch Me card and leaving it at the front desk.
